Time can sure flies by. I am amazed that Eric and I have been married for 7 years. I actually have to count it out to make sure... Married August 23, 2003,... 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010...ok yup 7 years.
I feel so lucky to have Eric. We had a very fast courtship but somehow we just knew. We have had some challenges roll our way over the last 7 years. Not being able to get pregnant was a big bump in our road. We had each other, we had so many loving and supporting friends and family and we made it through. About a month and a year ago today life was ruff. We were unemployed, homeless, and kid less. It is amazing how so much can change in a year. Eric has a great job, we rent a cute little house, and we are soon going to welcome a sweet baby boy into our family.
To celebrate we headed to Disneyland on Saturday. This was our last time with our annual passes (they expire today). We took it easy (I just don't get around that well anymore) but we had lots of fun. We always have fun when we are together.
Today Eric came home for lunch and we had a picnic in our living room. It is way too hot outside to do a real picnic (we are talking triple digits here). It was a lot of fun. I love that Eric only works about 5 minutes from home. He gets to come home a lot of lunch or I can head over to his work and we can have lunch together. He is also able to work from home some days which I am going to love when the baby gets here.
Eric is going to make dinner tonight. He said I could choose anything that I want and he will make it. Of course I chose Brinner...Waffles with Strawberry toppings. It is going to be yummy!!

You guys are so cute!! I love the heart on the waffles! SWEET :) I am so excited for you to have your little guy! you will love being a mom it is so wonderful!
