Our Trip Home

Before we left Idaho we were able to see some great friends that we really miss! It was fun to catch up with everyone and see their kids. Our way home took longer...when you are unemployed you have all the time in the world. Our first stop was back to Lara's. We went sledding with the kids. Tyler and I attempted to slid down the hill together. It did not end well...two bruises later and I do not think I will ever end up on a sled again! By the way I am no longer a blonde :( I thought it was time to try a more natural look.

Our next stop was Saint George. We met up with two of our favorite friends Julia and Trevor. I really wish that we lived closer because we really have a lot of fun when we are all together. The next night we went to Vegas for Eric's BIG 29! We stopped off and saw Sharla and her family. That was fun. Then Eric and I walked around Vegas for a long time. It was a lot of fun.


Sunday we drove back to California. My mom put together a great dinner for Eric's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ERIC!

So now we are home....our days are full. I am a personal shopper for my mom. Mom and Dad are on a mission in our town serving at the institute. She puts on a lot of meals so there is SO much shopping. She wears me out! Eric is still looking for a job. If anyone hears of a mechanical Engineering job send it our way. We are applying everywhere!
