5 months

Dane is now 5 months old. I really can't believe how fast time flies. Month 4 for Dane was full of alot of sleeping. He seriously slept close to 20 hours a day. He is still sleeping alot but he is awake alot more too. If he skips a nap he is ok. He just goes along with the flow. Our biggest challenge right now is our leaking problem. Dane leaks through his diapers every night. I've tried everything...plastic training pants, larger diapers, overnight diapers...EVERYTHING. Please feel free to comment if you have a solution. I will try anything!

Dane is starting to like Tummy time more and more these days. He loves to look at himself in the mirror. He is really into books too. He loves bath time. He also loves it when Eric throws him in the air. He lets out a little squeal. Sadly the other night I erased all the videos off our video camera. I am devastated!


Dane is so cool and relaxed. Just look at him with his two fingers in his mouth. I really think he is about to cut a tooth. He is drooling so much and just can't keep his fingers out of his mouth.


We think his hair is a little on the red side. His bald spot is getting smaller and smaller. We will be happy when that fills in. He is just so happy. His eyebrows show alot of expression too.


So I got out Easter decorations out (I know a little early) and inside was this bunny that we have had forever. I was so excited because I thought that Dane would love it. Dane HATES it! He will actually cry when we play it. We will give it another shot next year.
