This is his "home from the hospital" outfit. We were so ready to bring him home and get out of that hospital. The drive home was scary. Cars drive WAY too fast...didn't they know we had a precious little baby in our car!

His first "bath". He loves to have his hair washed and the sound of the water. If he is upset I can turn the faucet on and he calms right down.
We have had lots of visitors in Dane's first week. It is so much fun to share him.
Marissa was so excited to see Baby Dane. She brought him his very own George Monkey (Marissa loves George). Although she was meeting her cousin she kept saying she was a big sister. These two will be close in age...I am sure Dane will be ok with her having a big sister role.
This weekend we are having his newborn pictures taken. Our amazing photographers Mike and Sharla are coming down to take his picture. We are really excited.

We didn't think we would see Uncle Bryan for a while. He had a few weeks off and flew in to see this baby.

Twins...have you ever seen a more proud daddy??? I can already see them headed to football games and playing out in the yard. Eric is such a great dad. He gets up at every feeding to change Dane's diaper. I would be exhausted without him.
Last week we went in for his 1 week checkup. He is still perfect. He was one ounce under birth weight which is really good. We know he is going to grow up fast...we are just enjoying him one day at a time. He is such a sweet baby...we love him.

Oh Wow! He is so cute! I love the twinners pic. So sweet! We are dying to meet baby Dane and see you guys. Brad said you guys were blessing him in Utah around Thanksgiving. We might be down that way. Let us know, so we can make it. We miss you, and are so happy for you guys. What a sweet little boy you have. You look amazing too!
